Shipping Policy

Processing time: Orders are typically processed within [1–2] business days. Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Domestic shipping (UK):

Express delivery: [1–2] business days — £0

International shipping: We currently do ship internationally. International orders typically arrive within 1-3 business days, depending on destination and customs processing.

Tracking: Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number where available.

Customs and duties: For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by their country. These are not included in the order total at checkout.

Lost or delayed orders: If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at harry.smand1@gmail.com and we'll do our best to help.

Incorrect address: Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. The Handy Hub cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
